History

Since 1987 Fritz Niehsen is a consultant with
emphasis on IT management consulting, business development, product
development, product benchmarking, quality management for the food
industry throughout the EU area. Fritz Niehsen stands for over 25 years of
experience in leading positions in many areas of the food industry.

Fritz Niehsen is also author of numerous
